- First Week in Mule Creek
I spent most of last week at our Preservation Archaeology Field School headquarters in Mule Creek, New Mexico, helping out with (and documenting) the start of the 2013 field season. It was a busy week, and by the time I left late Friday morning, it seemed everyone was getting comfortable with what will soon be a regular routine.
For those of you who wonder what the field experience is like, the photo gallery below shares highlights from the first few days. We’ll be posting more throughout the field session, including more from the students themselves. Stay tuned!
