To find out if your order qualifies for our wholesale discount, please read our terms and policies, below.
Our wholesale discount is 40% off of our manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP), unless otherwise stated. Are you a new customer? You might qualify for our wholesale discount if you purchase one or more titles at a minimum quantity of 10 each. If your purchase is for the purpose of resale, please note that we require you to sell them at our MSRP.
How to Place an Order
For new customers:

Prefer to pay online? Please email us. We’d be happy to set you up with a wholesale user account.
For established customers:
Established customers in good standing are welcome to place orders:

- By email: Please include any shipping requests or special instructions, the magazines you’d like to purchase (by title and volume/number), and the quantity you’d like for each.
- Through our online bookstore: Need a wholesale user account? Please email us and we’d be happy to get you set up.
Please note that larger shipments may require advance payment; otherwise, Net 30 terms will apply.
Once your wholesale user account is set up, you are welcome to log in and shop for publications through our online store. Be sure to select the hardcopy version of the publication you’re interested in, and not the PDF. Please note that our items will display at full price in our store–your wholesale discount will be calculated for you when you’re in your shopping cart. If you ever need assistance, or if you would like us to set up a wholesale user account for you, please contact us.
Orders will typically ship within 7 business days of the order date. Unless otherwise agreed upon, your order will be shipped through USPS using the most cost effective method available (typically Media Mail). Shipping is limited to destinations within the United States.
For an additional cost, you may request expedited shipping through USPS Priority, UPS, or FedEx. Please contact Sarah Allen first to ensure that we can meet your timeline. Sarah may be reached at (520) 882-6946 x10 or by email. Costs associated with specialized or expedited shipping options will be calculated after the order is assembled. If you prefer, we are also happy to ship your items through your own UPS or FedEx account.
A return claim must be filed in writing within 60 days of your order shipment. Customers are responsible for any shipping charges associated with a return, and returns may be subject to a re-stocking fee of 10% of the item’s value (at the wholesale rate).
