Archaeological Investigations at the Mule Mountain Site, AZ FF:9:29 (ASM) (TR1994-3)
An archaeological survey conducted on a parcel of state land slated for sale resulted in the discovery of a small historic site. This site is located at the base of the Mule Mountains and consists of a small, dry-laid rock foundation and an associated artifact scatter. In all likelihood, the nineteenth-century residents of the site were conducting prospecting or ranching activities.
