Located in southwestern Colorado in the Four Corners region, Canyons of the Ancients National Monument is a rich archaeological landscape that helps to tell over 10,000 years of human history. Visitors today will be able to view petroglyphs, kivas, and several masonry structures left by those who lived here centuries before.
