Gilman Mimbres
Members of Gilman’s survey team (David O’Neal, Ali Livesay, and Fabiola Silva) taking a break in the basin and range environment of the western Mimbres, beyond the Mimbres Valley.

Frontier? Rural living? Periphery? Pat Gilman (University of Oklahoma) shares her current thinking on what Mimbres people were doing “out there.”

We gather after 5:00 p.m., and presentations begin by 6:15 p.m. Outdoor seating is open and unreserved, but limited. Share tables and make new friends!

The event is free. Please support our hosts at Casa Vicente by ordering refreshments from the menu.
