Archaeology Making the News – A Service of the Center for Desert Archaeology
– Public Lecture / Book Signing on the Coronado Expedition (Tucson): “Documents of the Coronado Expedition 1539-1542 – They Were Not Familiar with His Majesty, nor Did They Wish to Be His Subjects.” A special book-signing and lecture by Richard Flint and Shirley Cushing Flint will be hosted by the Center for Desert Archaeology Thursday, Oct 27 at 300 E University at 7:00. The event is free and open to the public.
