As the Director of Operations for Archaeology Southwest, Nicole brings her experience as a nonprofit leader specializing in organizational transformation, sustainability and, process engineering to her management of the HR, operations, and finance functions of the organization. She is pleased to bring her dedication to serving local and global communities by building strong nonprofit organizations that are adaptable, scalable, and efficient to her work with Archaeology Southwest.
Nicole dreams of living in a world filled with heritage gardens, books that come bundled with cozy blankets, and a force field around her home keyboard that repels kittens, sticky-fingered children, and red wine. Until that is a possibility, she will continue to use her B.A. in Communication from the University of Arizona to talk to her plants and delve the inner workings of her cats.
When she is not supporting Archeology Southwest with the work of preserving the deep history of the regions she loves, she can be found finger-painting with her son, obsessively photographing her garden, or answering the question “why” for the eleventy-bajillionth time. If you have any questions for Nicole, please don’t hesitate to reach out and ask—just be prepared for a delayed response in the event that peanut butter has made its way onto her keyboard.
