Testing of a Hohokam Colonial through early Classic period village site on the Tohono O’odham Reservation identified 25 prehistoric cultural features including 8 pithouses, 3 possible pithouses or trash middens, 12 roasting pits, a possible hearth, and a partially burned human burial in a pit. Nineteenth-century cultural remains were also identified on the site surface.
