Site Summary: Mesa Verde is perhaps the most well known set of Ancestral Puebloan sites in the American Southwest. The National Park features guided tours of the cliff dwellings of Cliff Palace and Balcony House, and some 20 other surface puebloan sites are accessible to the public.
